I'm not sure from your note what the problem is, but you might make sure
smoothing is on. However, before you do, be sure to select only the bevel
polys and then cut and paste them in the same location. This tells the
smoothing function not to smooth the bevel into a rounded edge, but instead
smooth the face, sides, and bevel separately. If your problem isn't that
your bevels are looking rounded, though, then you'll have to be more
specific. Hope this helps.
